OLD HALO 2 MAP MODDING

can someone please tell me how to mod old halo 2 maps on live ,i have original halo 2 ,copyed halo 2 ,halo 2 on hardrive. i already mod new maps so the question is were do you get the old maps to ppf them and put them on xbox to mod on live

 

if you have halo 2 on your hd then just go to your folder with it and go into the maps folder and ftp it into your computer to mod it.

 

can you do that to mod on live

 

modding on live will get you banned, and if you have intentions of modding on live, i hope that no one here will help you, we already have tons of modders online and it sucks

Ok, he hacked his firmware so he could play backups on live. He Ftp'd halo 2 to his computer and modded it, then he burned that onto a disc or "backup". He then cut a small hole into his dvd drive and replaced the magnet on top of the halo 2 disc. He then loaded up the game and made a quick swap of his cd's to make his xbox and xbox live think he's on the normal halo 2 disc. This is how he was able to mod old maps on xbox live. There is another method to this, involving your computer and your xbox, but that method could seriously damage both of them. He could have used either method, but regardless of the circumstances, you can't mod on xbox live, simply by copying halo 2 to your harddrive. Don't get in arguments that you can't win. : p

 

my burned halo 2 with modded maps loads fine in my 360 with no problem, but i dont cheat, i just have strange stuff shooting out and some sick skins

 

you can mod new maps on live no problem, but its hard to mod old maps on live im still trying to find out how

 

every thread i go to there like im not telling you how , or look at this video of me modding old maps on live or you will just get banned no duh i think every body nows that you get banned on modded xbox how bout you say how not dont come here to show off what you can do .......i want to now how to mod my 360 or xbox to were it can play modded xbox games on live please dont say " oh its hard youll just get banned i want to now how to get modded xbox games to play on live thanks to any one that helps me
