on TMPGEnc, when i tried to start the process..it said "p3package.dll" is unable to load?

    on TMPGEnc, when i tried to start the process..it said "p3package.dll" is unable to load?

    i also had this problem--I was trying it in NTSC mode, but when i changed it to PAL it worked fine for me---hopefully you can do the same and it will work for you.
