on Windows XP,can u make the scroll bar,window,and the menu that pops up when you press start.......

    a different color,if you can,how do you because I tried to do it,,didn't know what to do,so,HELP PLEASE!!!!!=)

    i think this is the wrong section to post that.....but you just right click on the desktop>properties>click the appearance tab>and hit advanceed. you should be able to change all the colors and such.
