ok im gonna post one more question here, I have a Digivox box silver with a black trim on the front, the s/w is V03-2.8000BK Boot version 01 Date 01 Jan 07 on n$l/ch*&us in north co dublin I know we're on n3 and im bein way optimistic about ssports but can my box be salvaged at all getting any chanels? i know codes prob wont work but can i flash it with my mac or somethin? download firmware and get a cable or somethin? just lemme no so I know whether or not im wasting my time and if I should throw out my box! thanks
v4.300 is last firmware for that box,you will need a null modem cable and a pc with xp with a serial port to flash it.only a few channels left and radio stations.
since i dont have that cable handy or a pc handy, is it worth my while doing it? what channels could i get? and IF a crack for n3 is found in the future, will my box be any use or will i bin this and need a new one? thanks
hard to say if old boxes will work again or will they make you buy a new box,until n3 is cracked maybe never maybe sooner,maybe a time to pass it on to uk that have not gone to n3 yet,there is a section for buying stuff and selling stuff on after dawn.
