optimize my computer

    Is there any good programs out that i can use use to optimize my computer to make it faster and more efficient for burning. I think my comp has too much junk that is bogging me down. Are there any settings that i should make sure are set right to help me out. Thanks

    The best bet with M$ stuff is a full format and reinstall. i have tried a lot of programs but they just skim over problems
