Original xbox controller ports will not recognize additional controllers

    I have softmodded my xbox and when i try and play games like halo2, the xbox will not recognize any controllers other than my wireless one. all the ports work because ive tried my wireless in the other ports and they work. I have no clue what would be wrong so any suggestions would be appreciated.

    I have solved my problem. It seems that my connectors on the controller are shot. All my controllers but my original huge controller all worked on a new controller connector.
