Outlook Express Backup how to

I need to upgrade from Windows Me to Windows Xp, anyone can please tell me how can I backup everything in Outlook Express for an easy restore after reinstalling Windows?

 

See if this article helps you before trying a third party app. Usually, just copy/paste or burn your data files from OE will be all you need to do...then just copy them back into the new installation folders.
