outlook express help please

    for some reason i cannot access OE6. just comes up with OE encountered a problem and needs to close. if anyone could set me in the right direction or tell me how to fix or figure out what the problem is i would appreciate it thanks

    Is all your window updates up to date???

    the only other thing you can do is reinstall outlook express or run a virus scan to see if any bugs have caused the problem.
