Hi..anyone know a fix for outlook express removing simple attachments that are just jokes from known people. I must have a switch turned on or a setting too high. The system thinks they may be infected. It doesn't remove all but most...but I do not want to lose my security from unknowns. The message I get is...OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments in your mail.
@mgaudet If u think that the security level is effectin outlook just go down as far as meduim now lower this should fix it other than that check the security level on your firewall and antivirus...
Are you sure it's not in outlook express tools/options/security and remove the tick that says do not allow attachments to be saved or opened tha could be potentially be a virus, or summat like that. Just thought it might be worth a check..
