my outlook 2003 showing message that it is trying to recieve data from exchange server and updating inbox,sent folder and all it is taking to much time plz help
By too much time do you mean it's not responding or is timing out? Are you sure the Smtp/pop settings are right so it can connect properly?
http://products.secureserver.net/email/email_outlook.htm When you come to enter POP3 and SMTP servers, make sure you enter those of your email provider.
we have exchage server one of my client was not able to recieve or send mail to all the clients i had done some thing dont no wht but now outlook sa say recieving data from exchange server and it show mails till tuesday but not of thr and friday sowing message of updating inbox and sent item box taking to much time to update them message appare next to wireless connected icon with yellow triangle plz help me my job at stake
