    Hi there
I've just gotten a v188, and I've installed p2ktools and gotten connectivity with my phone.
I've successfully transfered a short MP3 to the phone, into what appears to the audio directory (there are other mp3/midis there).
When I disconnect my phone, restart it, I can't find it in the phone anywhere to try it.
My phone is as-is straight out of the box new. I haven't unlocked it, or done anything to it, except use it as a "normal" cell phone. My provider is t-mobile.
    Any suggestions?
    Thanks!

I don't get it, what do you mean delete the tone mdb's. I can't get my ringtones to work. Plus it doesn't even work on the motorola mobile tools either. How exactly did you solve your problem?

There is a Mytone.mdb & a Temptone.mdb. After adding your new tones, delete those 2 .mdb files. They will be remade upon a reboot and list your new tones.

The thing is my phone lists the ringtones, but when I try to enable it, it rings the default tone, instead of the one I created and put in. My V180 never had that problem
