I have been downloading p2p movies from the internet using eMule and K-litePro but when I save them to my hard drive as a mpeg I can't put them on to a dvd r I have all the burning equpiment such as tmpge but it won't let me turn to mpeg2 file can someone help thanks

ok so I downloaded the file and on my computer the are called and M3U file, i tryed using TMPGEnc to convert but when I do I get no sound, also It created a New video file but I can't convert it to an ISO file. As of now I have 2 file that I need to convert and combine to make 1 ISO file and I am having trouble could you please help. I have also tryed avi to dvd and gone by the instructions in on of the guides in this list and am having problems. could some one please help me to make 2 seperate m3u files into one iso file. I also have tryed winavi but when I use it I get this notifacion of needing a real codec 9 and it won't allow me to do the process
