Packed data CRC failed??

    im new at downloading movies that are .r## files, i read a few forums and i extracted them to a separate folder using winrar.. i right clicked the .rar file, and got this error..


    ! C:\Users\J Guff\Desktop\Quantum.of.Solace.720p.BluRay.x264-REFiNED\refined-qos-blu720p.r38: Packed data CRC failed in refined-qos-blu720p.mkv. The volume is corrupt

    i tried doing the same thing to the .r00 file and the same thing happened.. any ideas?

    The file is corrupt. It became corrupt in the download/extraction or may have been uploaded corrupt.
