Please Help!! A page of one of my programs has started to open half outside the desktop interface(otherwise everything else works fine in that program or any other apps, just that one page opens that way), and since all the controls are on the top half, I am not able to drag it back down or move it anywhere. I don't have a solution to your problem, but I strongly advise you to edit out your email address unless you want to get spammed by the all the spambots crawling the internet. Plus, it's against the forum rules. Good luck though.
Try setting you screen resolution to it's highest setting. That should make everything much smaller and you might be able to see the top and drag. Roxio is famous for this. It won't even let you open the program if set to 640X480 and I need the size because I do not see very well anymore.
