I have quite a problem as i can't figure out how to realise a PAL project with tmpeg dvd author...
Indeed , i had to burn it as ntsc , and there comes the second surprise : it worked on my european reader !
The image just wouldn't match the screen as it should.
So this would come to 3 questions :
    1.Is ntsc/pal really effective about DVDs ?
2.Is it possible to make pal project with tmpeg dvd author ?
3.Wich software would be able to do this ? (creating PAL dvd projects ?)

1.) Most players now, can play both. It may be slectable on the DVD player's menu (not the movie menu).
2.) Yes, select DVD Pal from the templates.
3.) All encoder's I've ever used will do both NTSC and PAL.
3a.) All authoring software I've used will do both, except DVDHive, which does NTSC only.

In Tmpgenc, click on PAL DVD in the wizard.
If you don't want to use the wizard, open your movie, then click Load.
Browse to where you have tmpgenc installed, into the "Template" folder.
    Select DVD(PAL).mcf
