Yes of cource you can accept that you Might have to Crop and few Pixels so you can Keep the Correct aspect ratio... Actualy the Hard part is doing the Frame rate Conversion because most if not all Video Converters Can not do proper frame rate conversions.. Most programs when converting For Instance a progressive Pal File to NTSC will Just Duplicate every Fifth frame to make up the Extra frames to convert from 25fps to 29.976fps which causes a Jumpy effect in high motion Scenes in the Converted File.... The Best Method of Converting Pal 25fps to NTSC 29.976fps is To actually Slow the audio and Video down to 23.976fps and then add 2:3 Pulldown to Make it 29.976fps... If you want me to explain how to do this i can but you will First have to Let me Know the Specs of your Source file like it"s Format and Aspect ratio and if you are Trying to Convert this file to NTSC for DVD or for some other Reason and also maybe you can send me a small clip of this File so I can work out the Best way to Resize it to NTSC without affecting the aspect ratio.....
