hi, i got a vcd off my buddy, and on my dvd player, the only way it works is if i play it at 2x fast forward, and then only with some green distortion on the top of the screen. when i play it with windvd in my computer it plays fine. i THUNK it is PAL vcd, but dont know for sure. how do i find out if it is, and if so, can it be converted?? any help would be greatly appreciated
When you play it with your computer, look for your player software's video properties. If the fps is 25.00fps, the video is PAL (NTSC framerates are 29.97fps and 23.97fps).
