I also Heard Nero Vision Can do this PAL to NTSC? but it will mess with the menus. I need the movies PERFECT condition and it needs to be able to play on DVD players...(or most) and can it change the VOB files and IFO files or no? ALso Is there like a program that can instantly tell if a Movie's PAL or NTSC? Thanks Guys
Yep your right Vision can convert them also. I think you're also right about the menu - won't convert with Vision but you can create your own with it. I usually just do movie only on these but others have posted that vobblanker will also do the menus. See my link above for more on vobblanker and a screen shot. It does some type of masking method on the files so the player thinks it's NTSC. Works for most players. It will also tell you the format the movies are in - just load the ifo file and under title set the format will be listed.
