I received my pansat 3500sd which came loaded with b-80. I went to pansatusa.com loaded current bin file and then scanned birds. When I go to parential control looking for second pin , it is not there or try placing 8282 and get nothing. I can't get to the cas system to load keys. Have I loaded a bad bin file. I could really use some assistance , as I have done everything to the book. I then ran a blind scan and or smart scan and it loaded 240 channels , but still same problem. Should I try loading a different bin file
