You can create partitions all day long if you want to...however, what you're talking about is called cloning. Yes you can. Norton Ghost, or Acronis Disk Image. Acronis being the better of the two.
ohh thx for the info,cause i was thinking of doing this then testing vista on 1 and if it all goes well then i can just delete 1 how long will this "cloning process" take i have like 60 gigs taken up
Unless you're cloning the entire 60G drive (meaning the drive is full)...then it's all going to depend on the system speed. The cloning will most likely take place after a reboot so Windows will not interfere.
