.pas files?

    I downloaded the souce code for the program I want to modify, but I don't have a compiler for the type of files it contains, which would be .pas, .DPR, and .OBJ file extentions. What should I use and where can I get it?

    and btw to clear anything up before I get any trouble this time aorund, I believe this program is written in C/C++.
