I just backed up a move using DVD-RB and CCE. It has great quality. I used 2 passes. My question is, if i used, say, 4 or 6 passes, what difference would I see in the quality and would it be worth teh extra encoding time?

From what i've heard you won't get any noticable quality improvement with more then 4 passes. If you want a lot of improvement encoding at low bitrate use RB Opt and choose the proper matrice. Using different matrices will add extra time but the quality improvement can be substansial.

    @ Daemon404
Have done in excess of 250 movies with DVD-RB and CCE
and no appreciable gain after 3 passes.
