yes its a scam. Spammers have been flooding the aD forum with that exact crap for quite a while. don't fall victim to it
oh and to answer your question of my suggestion is to ban his ass! don't let spammers take over your forum@
sounds like a pyramid scheme or some form of scam.if i had it my way everytime i saw a pop up offering me $1000000 or anything for free id take them to court and sue them for the amount they had promised me.
