paypalin käyttörajoitukset

    Minulla on ollut ongelmia Paypal-tilin kanssa.
    tililläni on ollut käyttörajoituksia ja ilmeisesti syynä on ollut,että olen kai vahingossa joskus klikannut EI Paypalin viestissä olevaa linkkiä. Otin sitten Paypaliin yhteyttä asian tiimoilta ja sain tällaisen viestin:
    Thank you for contacting PayPal.

    Please complete the following steps in order to restore access to your
    account:

    Change your password and security questions along with answers from trusted
    home PC.

    To complete this, please follow the instructions below:
    1. Log in to your account at https://www.paypal.com/.
    2. Click "Profile" at the top of the page.
    3. Click the "Password" link in the Account Information column.
    4. Select either "Password" or "Security Question."
    5. Click "Edit." You may be asked to confirm ownership of the account by
    answering questions based on your account information.
    6. Enter your current password.
    " Password: Enter and re-enter your new password.
    " Security Questions: Select two new security questions and enter the
    answers.
    7. Click "Save."

    Please note:
    " For your own protection we recommend that you create a new password. This
    password should not be used on other sites. We recommend that your password
    is not a word you can find in the dictionary, includes both capital and
    lower case letters, and contains at least one special character (1-9, !, *,
    _, etc.).
    " To provide the most secure service as possible, you may be asked to
    complete a Security Challenge. Simply type the characters you see into the
    blank field, without spaces.

    Please contact us once the above step is completed so that we may review
    your account further.

    Ongelmana on nyt se,että ilmeisesti minun pitäisi vaihtaa nykyinen salasanani,mutta saanko kaikki käyttömahdollisuudet takaisin ollenkaan koskaan?

    Joku oli ilmeisesti kaapannut tilisi ja se oli laitettu jäähylle.

    Seuraa annettuja ohjeita sekä luo uusi salasana. Tämän jälkeen ota yhteyttä Paypalin asiakaspalveluun ja kerro, että olet toiminut annettujen ohjeiden mukaan.

    Paypalilta tulleessa viestissä lukee: "Please contact us once the above step is completed so that we may review your account further."

    Toisin sanoen he päättävät tilisi kohtalosta vasta sen jälkeen kun olet ottanut heihin yhteyttä.

    Eilen oli tullut taas viestiä Paypalilta,jossa lukee?:

    Your PayPal funds are now eligible for withdrawal.

    To withdraw funds from your account, please log in to PayPal.
    As a reminder, access to your account will remain limited until you perform the steps required to lift the limitation.

    While access to your account is limited, you may:
    * place logos into your auction listings or on your website
    * update your account information
    * withdraw funds from your account

    You may not:
    * send or request money
    * receive payments
    * add funds to your account
    * close your account

    Viestissä kerrotaan, että Paypal-tilillä olevat varasi voi nyt siirtää esim. omalle pankkitilille.

    Paypal-tiliisi ei sinulla kuitenkaan ole täyttä käyttöoikeutta niin kauan kuin et ole tehnyt ensimmäisessä viestissä kerrottuja ohjeiden mukaan, eli:
