pc activity needs to be recorded

    Hi,

    I have a feeling my father is looking on my PC for some reason.

    I have found this out because some of my internet temporary files were last accessed when I was at work.

    Does anyone have a program where I can record on screen activity secretly?

    password protect ye computer or make him just a user with his own account,meaning with limited accesses
    and you as adiministrator........
