o w8...is it the IP and Adress gateway that is determined on the EvoX Settings?....if it is...here is the IP: 192.168.0.2 And the Default Gateway is 192.168.0.100 I think that is it....Now what do i do?

you need to open network settings on your pc and right click on the connection your going to use... choose properties and double click on internet protocol tcp/ip
chose to use a specific ip and enter 192.168.0.5
click on subnet mask and it should auto fill.. click ok on all windows
on your xbox change the default gateway to 192.168.0.5
make sure static ip is set to yes
save and exit... reboot pc and xbox...
now try ftp.ing into your box with flash fxp or other ftp software
    simply input xbox ip
username is xbox and password is xbox

You might need the latest FTP client. try downloading the pro edition. and no, u do not need an internet connection. also, check your network settings on your xbox to make sure everything is right and your username and password are what you are using. FTP all the way!
