When I put in a DVD the drive doesn't recognize it and ejects the dvd. It reads cd's, and it recognizes it's a dvd drive, but won't accept dvd's. I have WinDvd but I can't even get to the point of using it....any suggestions?
I'll recommend you to send your drive back to dealer... I had same drive and when I was working in the computer component store almost whole set of these Creative DVD's went back to factory. I personly got LG DVD drive at change and it has worked great with same dvd discs which creative spitted out or didnt regonize. I hope you've got warranty still up to date.
