PC Game BackUps ?

hello cant find anywhere i can ask this.

how do u backup PC DVDGames?

if anyone can give me a step by step i'll be very greatful

i used to have a program called GamesXcopy. from 321 studios i think.

but i don't remember whether or not it can backup DVD pc games.

it's a good little prog though.

has options to hide that the backup is a copy. so you don't get the message.

You can use Alcohol 120% to make the backup but it's pretty much usless since all you can do is install but it will not let you play the backup.

Wait for the later version of Alcohol as this new version is supposed to be able to make a PC DVD-ROM game backup.

You can create an image and mount it.

dvd decrypter works well also ,use good media as in Taiyo Yuden ,Verbatim or Ritek and burn at 2x max.

 

so you can use dvd decrypter to make a backup of a PC DVD-ROM game and will actually work? In order to make a PC game backup it has to be able to write the protection back to the backup game.
