   can anyone help i have a quite old pc it only has 10gb memory 5 i use for all my programs so i have 5 spare which is just enough for the only thing is i have lost 4 somewere checked all my files cant find it anywere

   you have a 10gig hard drive not 10gig of ram as totally different. what windows are you using??

   go into windows explorer to tools, folder options, view & enable all hidden files & folders. than check windows temp & other folders to find 4gigs of info
