I've been using mainconcept encoder for weeks now but lately if i give in a job to do my computer shuts down and the reset button won't work I've got to pull the plug in and out can someone please help!
it may be due to cpu over heating. most new comps either shuts down or restarts if the temp gets really high inside. install a cpu temperature monitor and see how the temperature goes when ur doing cpu hungry tasks like encoding.
