Sounds like the rooster got hot. What are the CPU and motherboard temps?

I fixed a PC for a customer a while back with a similar problem and it was a bad stick of ram. What took a long time to find was that it had to be pretty hot before it would act up and shut down the PC. Just something else for you to check.

If ya go to "Control Panel" then select "System" and go to advance then click the "Start up & recovery" settings button and untick the "Automatically restart" box you should get the blue screen next time it happens, that should detail the problem more.

Also download M$ memory tester and see what that comes up with,

Only other thing i think it could be is the PSU.

Edit: Almost forgot how are you for anti virus/spyware programs?
