I have a SB Live 5.1 sound card and I was curious if there was a way to get audio from the TV into the computer speakers. I mean, I know when I watch DVD's from my PC to the TV, I get the audio from the PC, but I was curious if I just watch normal TV, is there a setup to get the audio from the TV into the surround sound PC speakers?
If you have a cable box you send the audio out to your pc to line in. Otherwise you'd need an audio out on the tv. You'd need a cable that has 2 rca jacks on side and a mini stereo plug on the other.
