    Hey,

Just bought and installed a DVICO FusionHDTV DVB-T. works great, picture is really good.

Was wondering if anyone out there knew if instead of recording the video to PC harddrive, if you could send it straight to a DVD (+/-R or +/-RW)?

    Thanks in advance

I don't think so because of the time difference between viewing and burning speeds. I record to the harddrive first, then move it over my network to my pc, use TMPGEnc DVD Author to edit commercials, create menus/chapters, then burn to dvd.

I have a visionplus dvd-t card and the software was recently upgrades to burn to disk. You have to also burn to hard drive or the software will crash when closing the session and if you are recording a 30m or 2hr program it will use up the disc. When i use it i use dvd-rw (1xspeed) and delete the file on hard disk afterwards.

Is this purely software, the card works with any 8mb graphics card ?
