Peer Guardian 2 Error?

Last night I was going to dl something via Torrents, and it had to update my IP's, everything updated okay, and it worked like normal.

However, I had an issue, today I needed to open it back up to upload something to the Demonoid tracker, and when I opened up Peer Guardian 2, I got this error (screenshot):

 

so have you actually read and digested the contents of that error window?
It tells you what to do

 

I read it. I tried to do the recover, but it tells me "Driver not found, no need to recover".
So then I went into the PG2 folder, and looked for the .sys file, and it's there.

Thats why I'm confused.
