I accidentally put in a old copy of firmware upgrade into player and now it is dead. The only response I get from It is the standby light when power button is hit, I cannot eject disc that is in machine right now.
sounds like it did not take and now the internals for firmware are corrupted. Something caused it to loose connection. Can you bring it back to the store did you just get it?
