Photo program to put people from one picture into another?

I would like to know if there is a photo program out there that would allow me to put people from one photo into another photo. A kind of drag and drop or something else, simple like that.
Can anyone help?

it comes standard on mac computer but its by adobe

 

GIMP is similar as Photoshop but its free.

But with those programs, you need a lot of skills or a lot of experience to do what you want to do, unless you don't mind that the copy/paste remains easily visible.
