I have recently been designing websites on photoshop and was wondering how you actually publish the site to the web and activate the links etc. once youve finished the design...any help would be much appreciated

You actually have to get yourself a webhost ; a domain name and then you can upload to your website !

Or you can with permission from your ISP , initiate a web server and use your own PC to host !

or you can go look for FREE web hosting -- accept their banners and upload to their site.

Photoshop is not a web page editor -- far from it ! To make webpages you need to learn HTML language or get some software that will help you along doing the coding for you ! There are some free editors online that you can get ! Do a google on it !
