    can someone tell me a good programme to encode/decode php files please

    Dreamweaver 8 is a good web design program. It handles all formats of web files.. html, php, css etc etc

    can it decode / encode files ?

    i have few encoded files and i want to decode them and edit them and after i have edited them i want to encode them again

    If you mean can it open files to re-edit and save them again, yes, it can.

    i installed Macromedia Dreamweaver 8 but don't know what to do next

    when i open encoded file with it still stays encoded can you please tell me what to do thanks

    Oh I see. I misunderstood what you meant. I don't think Dreamweaver has the capability to decode encoded php files.

    From my searching, people have said it's a) illegal to decode others' files & b) very risky softwares that are usually a scam..
