I don't know what my PIN # is and know I need a PUK, and I don't know what that is either and I can't use my phone. If it helps, it's a x427m, but I doubt that does.
you need to get in touch with the customer services of your network provider.. the puk code is unique to each sim card they will give you the code over the phone and you enter it in the mobile then select a new pin ( which you may want to remember )
Thanks, I should of updated and said I dug out the manual and brought myself to listen to elevator music while on hold with customer service. And I must say, the people at Cingular are extremely nice! Thank you for lending a hand though, that was much appreciated.
