Purchased this video editing software and it will not insatl on my new XPS700 I have more than the minimum and suggested computer requirements. Program locks up. Tried downloading a trial copy and that does the same thing. I evebn tried to install some of my Dazzle software, same problem. It crashes the computer everytime. 4 hours and nothing, tried their customer support, forget it! Would love to keep the software, but its no good if its not installed. i just downloaded the same program that you are having problems with and it instaled fine on my system, i have a del laptop inspiron 1501 amd turion64 2.0ghz 1 gb ram 256mg video card 60gb hd, just got this laptop last week, the program works just fine, you might get ahold of tech support at pinnacle and let them know what kind of problems you are having, did you get the software on a disk or did you download it?
Tried their support, forget that, been e-mailing them for a week. Adobe premier is ok just need to learn it first.
well if you are not pleased with the product because it will not install, you could just ask for your money back
CANT get through to their customer support e-mailed them about 4 times tried their website login , keeps saying login failed, reset password 4 time and everytime it accepts it but when I go to support login failed. Its a joke. Trying to find a phone number to call Comp usa refuses to accept the software because its open and they say its Pinnacles problem not theirs.
