   I have a Pioneer A04 burner and I am not able to change the region setting to region 4, windows XP says I have 4 changes left, but I keep getting the message that I don't have administrative authority.
   
   Any help appreciated.

   If you have RPC1 firmware flash and something like DVD Region Free there shoudlnt be a problem anyway.

   I have Pioneer 104 too and the last f/w I used was 1.40 RPC-1 2x4all : )
