My dvr104 is not working anymore i recently bought some FWS 331 4xspeed disc's when i tried to wright with one my writer stop working altogether i read about the firmware update after i tied to write the disc i am not that worried because my writer is under warranty but i just wondered if anyone had any advice or maybe some instructions on how to install the firmware update i can't seem to get it to install thanks holts
