i am having a problem with my dvd-r. for some reason when i hit 2x to burn it still only lets me burn at 1x. it is a 2x writer. do i need a firmware on it and if so where do i get it cause i couldnt find it on pioneer's site or just tell me instructions on how to fix. thnx

i never thought of that. "feel like an idiot. is their a program that can check my media and tell me. i dont remember cause i bought these a long time ago
