The DVD/CD combo drive I have is a Pioneer DVR-K15 and my computer mysteriously misplaced or deleted the driver for it. I can't use the driver restore CD, hence the fact that my computer does not recognize the hardware, because there is no driver for it. So what do I do? Anyone know where I can get an update or just a driver to download on here or anywhere else on the internet? Thankx.

Thanks for the input, but no one had a driver posted that I could have downloaded. Is there any other way to get my driver off the restore cd I have, such as copying it to a flash drive or something. Any hints or help would be appreciated.

yes the system recognizes it, and in device manager it displays the yellow caution mark and says driver not found/recognized

Not that I can see, if it is supposed to be where the yellow exclamation mark is then no.
