pixalation problem

    i have video on a mini dv tape that is still watchable but has pixalation from going threw an airport scanner!! can this tape be cleaned up or saved?? if so what do i need to do. THANKS FOR ANY HELP!!

    I think if pixelation was caused by airport scanner, little can be done as far as I know.
