you cant see it all that well but a lot of the buttons and pics are pixelated, i tried everything even reinstalling windows xp completely. so any suggestions on how to fix it?
Seems like the image files for your OS are corrupted. Are you sure that your installation CD isn't scratched? Also, does this happen just in explorer, or other apps like internet explorer?
it happens on explorer, and internet explorer, plus when i went to microsoft.com it was extremely pixelated, it runs (now) but when i try to upgrade it to sp2 it always stops at the windows loading screen. the icons were pixelated befor i reinstalled the os.
