play back with pocket divx

    I'm trying to get dvd's to my hp ipaq rx1950. Here is the process I am using.
    1. Decrypt with DVD decryptor
    2. encode and compress file to fit on memory card with pocket divx
    3. sync to my ipaq using windows media player 10 on my PC
    4. Try playback with windows media player 10 mobile on ipaq


    Everything seems to work fine but when I playback on ipaq audio and video is very choppy. it starts and stops. But the compressed file plays fine on my PC.

    Any help would be great.

    I figured out. Downloaded pocket divx and all is well.
