I'd really appreicate if someone could enlighten me on the following!? Why can i play a Divx movie back on WMplayer 9 and then a week later not be able to?!? On the Divx alpha player i have no problems at all...Is that im missing a codec from WM 9...?? i.e theres music but no image!?!? much appreciated any help whatsoever! folio
WMP 9 is reportedly unstable and WMP 8 eats up pc resources. Use a third party player Zplayer (Zoomplayer) is excellent and allows zooming of Xvids to get rid of the horizontal bars at the top and bottom of the screen for wide screen rips. Also make sure you have FFDSHOW on your pc.
