I have had a sony dvd player for years. Recently it stopped spinning the disc. I tried to take it back to best buy but they said my service plan ran out 5 days ago. The model # is dvp-ns400d. It played beautifully and I miss it. Right now I am borrowing a player with no component or optical and i cant stand it. Does anybody know how to repair this problem.
sounds like an internal problem.. maybe a bad drive.. get a quote to repair it.. sounds like it may need to be replaced !
