    Well,
I just been having a problem playing dvd's on my computer. It starts off fine then seconds later begin to stutter and then crashes the computer making it restart. There are so many posts regarding dvd playing failure but can't seem to find someone who had the same problem as I do.I use nvDVD and windows media player to play the dvds. I would appreciate some help becuase it's really pissing me off.

check for a driver update for your graphics card also make sure that the card isnt overheating ie all fans are working heatsinks arent full of dust
make sure you have the latest directx installed

Philraz.. I thank you very much for your help and it seems like the driver was the problem. I had the latest 84. forceware but it wasnt working well and I had to install the 78. In order to make the dvd playback work. Is there any way to resolve this issue so I could download future updates.
